MILE＋Shinobu Ichihara

Outline: Surrounded by rice paddies, the site is dotted with warehouses and detached houses. In such a situation, the volume is divided into four, and two of them and a warehouse that originally existed on the site are built with gable roofs to create a small townscape. The interior consists of a series of simple small rooms, and by gradually changing the finishes of the walls and ceilings, as well as the openings and lighting, it provides an opportunity to think about how to live.
