- This house is located in the Kanagawa prefecture where there are many plains and small elevations. The openings on the east and west sides of the low single-storey volume with a square roof take in the landscape in front of the house to a great distance, and give a sense of the backyard at close range. A variety of effects result from the manipulation of height and scale.
