Outline
The site where the mountain slope was developed is on a base of about 8m height with a huge garage. Half of the building is below ground level by less than one meter, and the retaining wall is incorporated into the building. The entire site is covered by a roof over the basement (terrace) and a roof on the first floor, with the diagonal line of the site as the ridge of the roof.
