Outline
The building is located in a corner of a high-class residential area. The rectangular rooms are staggered across a corridor with a low ceiling, and each volume has a large opening on one side and high windows on three sides, creating a direct connection to the outside on all four sides. The tiles on the exterior walls have wide joints and are finished in such a way that they appear to be both plastered and tiled, creating a modest appearance that balances the adjacent green space and plantings.
