- This house has an earthen floor space inside the wooden louvers. The residents enter their private rooms on the first floor through the earthen floor, and go up to the living room and kitchen on the second floor through the internal corridor and stairs. The relationship between the living room and the semi-outdoor space was inspired by the role of the veranda space in old houses, and has been brought to fruition in new planning.
