House in Nakaminato

Outline
The interior of the building, which stands comfortably on a site of about 200 tsubo, is composed of small volumes connected around two large atriums. By changing the ceiling height, the brightness, the shape of the rooms and the slight difference in the floor level, it is expected that the space will change as if you were walking around the town inside the house. In addition to the openings to the outside, the fittings between the entrance and the corridor are carefully designed so that the appropriate fittings can be used depending on the season.
