No.34

Outline
The site is a corner of a residential area with a downtown atmosphere along the Toden Arakawa Line. In order to perpetuate the owner's lifestyle of enjoying life surrounded by greenery, the existing trees were left as much as possible, and a garden was created on the north side of the site, surrounding it with greenery. By consolidating the load-bearing walls, the first floor living room and dining room have large openings on three sides facing the garden.
