Sway House
Atelier Bow-Wow
- Outline
- The house has a monocoque appearance with two twisted walls and a swaying boxer's upper body. The sky-ratio, not the diagonal restriction, was introduced to consider the volume. Inside, rooms of different heights are arranged in a skip pattern around a spiral staircase. Each place is not completely partitioned, but develops with a sequence in which one can always see another place.
