- The site is a residential area with neighboring houses on three sides, and the Japanese style room on the first floor and the wife's room on the third floor were designed by Nakamura Gaiji. Collaboration was a prerequisite for this project, and while the third and lower floors are closed to the outside, the fourth floor is designed to be open to the outside. The courtyard as an external space connected to the past that is not affected by external changes, and the rooftop garden as a modern external space that is sensitive to external changes.
