Nakajo Residence
Yuki Nakajo + Kazuya Yokozeki / Jams
- Outline
- In addition to being located in an area with strict regulations, the groundwater table is high due to the soft ground, so a volume with one basement floor, two above-ground floors, and a maximum eaves height of less than 7 meters was adopted. As you enter the entrance, you will see a stairwell, and the rooms are arranged on the north and south sides, half a level apart. The family gathering place and the mother's line of flow are gathered on the first floor, and it is a flat and sectional composition that each activity is performed around this place.
