Hina Kana House
Yoshifumi Nakamura + Takayuki Shinkai
- Outline
- This house is built in the city of Sapporo. The house is a model of Sapporo style for cold climates, with a non-falling flat roof, external insulation using Styrofoam, a main floor built on stilts in preparation for snow accumulation, and a hot water heating system. The interior is a soft woody space with partitions made of real walls and fixtures made of lemming houses.
