House in Yamanote

Masashi Yagi＋Konomi Yagi ／ Yagi Architectural Design

Outline: This is a three-family house built on the south slope of a residential area in Yamate, Yokohama. The dining room of the children's household is located on the first floor at both the east and west ends to emphasize the relationship with the garden, while the elderly parents' household is located in the center of the house, held by both children's households on the second floor at street level for easy access. The different households are stacked on top of each other and there is a high ground level difference on the north side.
