House in Taguchi

Outline
The exterior of the house is designed with the surrounding satoyama in mind. The plan is in the shape of "kunoji", and each of the Japanese-style rooms, which are bent in a row, has an opening to the south and the west, where they can get sunshine through the garden. A ventilation layer is installed between the exterior cedar panels and the building frame.
