- The site is located on a hill overlooking the town of Karuizawa to the northeast. 1/3 of the site is flat and the rest is steeply sloped. The floor of 50 x 10m is set here, and three volumes, the master bedroom building, the living-dining building, and the guest room building, are arranged. Wooden vertical lattice doors on the outside and glass sashes on the inside cover the interior space.
