Outline: Despite the fact that a long time has passed since the building was sold, there are still few units and many vacant lots. In order to resist the sense of isolation from the surrounding environment and the sense of oppression caused by the shape of the land that rises to the south, a large screen was erected. It softens the relationship with the outside and makes the interior an open space.
