- This project consists of three buildings: "Sugamonoie" (new construction), a wall structure made of thin steel sheets with thermal barrier paint and anti-dew condensation paint; "Sugamo no ie", a 26-year-old house adjacent to "Sugamo no ie" that has been substantially renovated; and "Sugamonoie", a 45-year-old house that has been renovated with structural plywood. The three buildings are located next to each other at a good distance and open to the town while keeping the traffic close to each other.
