The site is built at a height of 5m from the ground on the north side, and the GL is 2m higher than the front road. The ground floor is an RC office, and the first and second floors are wooden houses. The openings of the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor are wide open to the north, ensuring moderate brightness and a stable indoor climate. A photovoltaic system is installed on the roof, and in winter, the floor slab on the first floor, which is a large heat storage unit, is heated using late-night electricity. In the summer, air flow is generated by the openings with a height difference of over 6 meters.
