- The site is a quiet, dense residential area with a 4m wide front road on the southeast side and a small persimmon tree field with a 10m difference in elevation beyond it. In order to build a house with a large opening to the field at a low cost, a structural engineer, an architect, and a construction company worked together on the project before the estimate. The house was completed as a partly wooden, partly light-weight steel-frame structure without placing a heavy burden on the construction company.
