The alley between the shin kokusai building and the nippon oil building in marunouchi was renovated to create a multi-purpose space. in addition, the entrance and office lobby on the marunouchi nakadori avenue side of the shin-kokusai building was also renovated to serve as a new flow line connecting daimyo koji and marunouchi nakadori avenue by penetrating the end of the l-shaped alley.
