The building faces the plaza of the kita-aoyama 3-chome community development project "nonoaoyama" (2102) on the southeast side. the building is composed of eaves and terraces stacked on top of each other along a continuous flow line, with each floor opening onto the park. each floor opens onto the park side, with the first and second floors designed as stores, and the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors as residences.
