Outline
The building was planned as a place for support and exchange for students, especially international students. The building is a grand staircase-like structure referring to the slope in Ookayama Campus of Tokyo Institute of Technology. The height of the staircase is set so that the view from the main gate to the clock tower of the main building is clear. The upper right of the photo is the promenade in front of the main building of Tokyo Institute of Technology (This Journal 0607), and the lower right of the photo is the library of Tokyo Institute of Technology (This Journal 1109).
