The building is a small-scale multifunctional in-home nursing care facility, a nursery school, and a space open to the town, built in a densely wooded area of Nishioi. An external deck is located on the second and third floors, which is used as a traffic route for staff to the office on the third floor, and also functions as a space open to the community that can be freely entered.
