Outline
This is the second phase of an urban housing project consisting of four rental apartment buildings and the owner's private residence. The rectangular volume, the fact that each unit has an independent access to the outside, and the structure of one half-basement and three above-ground levels are retained from Building A. However, the lower floor is also made into a cross-over maisonette to increase the number of units with openings in all directions, and the approach to the interior is made through a terrace protruding from the wall.
