- This is a public facility that was renovated from the old Tachikawa City Hall in conjunction with the construction of the new Tachikawa City Hall (this magazine, 1006). It houses a childcare support facility and a "Manga Park". As the first stage of the grand design project of Tachikawa City, a proposal was made to renovate the second government building and to utilize the idle land after the demolition of the first government building. As a public-private partnership, it will be managed and operated by PPP (Public Private Partnership).
