This complex consists of a hot spring facility, a farm produce sales office, and an agricultural training facility. It was constructed using local lumber and traditional wood-frame construction. The purpose of the project is to promote local agriculture, and all aspects of the project, from planning and conceptualization to operation, are carried out by local residents.
