Outline
It is a PFI project, and the consortium will be responsible for construction as well as management and operation for 20 years. The structure is a pierced structure in which the center of a reinforced concrete column is cut out and a wooden beam is inserted. The wooden beams are made of laminated cedar lumber from Kanagawa Prefecture. A wedge-shaped wooden louver is attached to the upper beam.
