The tower is a freestanding radio tower with a maximum height of 634 meters and is under construction to become the world's tallest tower. The shape of the tower will change from a triangular shape in the lower part to a circular shape in the upper part, and the tower will exceed 300 meters in height on February 16, 2010, and reach 350 meters in height with the first observatory in the summer of 2010.
