A cultural facility built by PFI in Iwaki City. The site is the former site of the Taira Civic Hall adjacent to Taira Central Park, and the existing music hall was retained and rebuilt. The center of the building is an exchange building with a small theater and a large rehearsal room, the east side is the large hall, and the west side is the medium theater. The saw-shaped side walls of the main hall are made of precast concrete forms with special urethane resin molds; each form is 4500 mm wide and 750-1050 mm high.
