There are 11 rental units on the 1st to 3rd floors and the owner's residence on the 4th and 5th floors. The interior of the dwelling units is divided into several areas by intersecting reinforced concrete portal frames, which serve as guides for the tenants to arrange furniture and use the units in their own way.
