This house was built in Oita Prefecture. It is a triple nested box with square openings. The inner two are interiors, the outer one is a garden, and the garden is a semi-outer, ambiguous space. The overlapping layers look like clouds, bringing a sense of depth as if one were in nature. The exterior walls are made of reinforced concrete.
