A long and narrow volume is arranged to run north-south through a distorted flagpole site. the space is almost partition-free, with a width of 1 ken, and is filled with bulges in various places to create a diverse relationship with the garden. by designing the distance between the distorted contours of the site boundary and the building, we attempted to create a new relationship with the exterior, including the neighboring land.
