The building stands on the lush green slope of Yatsugatake. The unique form of the building was created by the designer's proprietary software called "Corpora", which derives a structural frame from given conditions, such as the maximum number of connections, minimum connection angles, and structurally appropriate connection shapes, based on cost and constructability. The plan and opening positions are planned by the designer using this frame.
