On a site facing a corner by an intersection, two low volume houses are arranged facing each other with a courtyard in between. One of the buildings on the street side is open to the city and wraps people passing by under its large eaves. The height plan and the details of the openings facing the garden have been carefully considered in consideration of the line of sight to the surrounding houses.
