A one-story two-family house with a center court in the center of the building. A gradation of living spaces is created from south to north: front court (south garden), LDK, center court, private rooms, and back court (north garden), and the parent and child households are divided into east and west. Each room gets light and ventilation from the center court in between, and maintains a moderate sense of distance between the rooms.
