YOSHIDAMURA VILLAGE

Outline
A regional revitalization plan aimed at revitalizing Yoshida Village, which ceased to exist as a municipality after the withdrawal of the former Yoshida Agricultural Cooperative and the merging of municipalities. Local farmers, planners, art directors, architects, and others gathered to launch the project. The project aimed to establish a place for local residents to gather and live and a new economic zone for the area by modifying the stone warehouse and agricultural environment, which had been familiar to the local community and where Oyaishi, a local specialty material, was used, as local resources.
