- One of the "rokkakubashi project," this is a complex facility with a coffee stand, shared office, and residence, renovated from the store and home of a pawn store. since the building had been repeatedly expanded and remodeled, structural reinforcement was performed, and the existing exterior walls and floors were utilized.
