This is a housing complex, also the designer's own residence, located in Minato Ward, Tokyo. We renovated a 40-year-old building that did not have a certificate of inspection. A full survey of the building frame was conducted and the existing drawings were restored to prove that the building was inadequate. After completion of construction, the building acquired a certificate of inspection and new real estate value.
