PARK CITY HAMADAYAMA

Outline
This is a redevelopment plan for an 8-hectare site that Mitsui Fudosan developed as the Hamadayama Ground in 1933. Existing trees were retained to create a town that is open to the community while ensuring security. The project consists of mid- to low-rise apartment buildings A to I with open courtyards, and a group of detached housing units planned for the future.
