- One of the bases of book director Masataka Haba, it has a private library "Bunko" and a cafe "Aroma" on the first floor, and a residence on the second floor. The site is open to the west, with a cypress forest, a stream, and someiyoshino cherry trees on the west side of the site. While maintaining the distribution of public and private spaces and the flow line plan, the client requested a "place where time passes slowly.
