House/Garden café | in Miho-no-matsubara

Outline
A house and a shop with a dog run are built along the "Kami-no-michi", the approach to the road connecting Miho Matsubara and Miho Shrine. The outer perimeter of the building is composed of semi-attached aluminum sash openings to take in the view of the rows of pine trees and at the same time to allow the eyes of passers-by to pass through to the garden. The sashes are designed to appear as a row of columns from the inside and as an integrated row of aluminum sashes from the outside.
