- The house is located on the hill of the southern slope of Hayama, and overlooks the front road on the north side and Sagami Bay beyond. Because it faces the road, the openings on the exterior walls are narrowed, and ventilation and lighting are effectively promoted by the electric windows on the north side of the hip roof. Air collector panels, fan boxes, ventilation fan ducts and vent caps are housed in the hip roof.
