- This is a house for a couple facing Tsuruoka Town Campus. On the first floor of the reinforced concrete structure is a wooden pitched roof without connecting beams, reminiscent of a private house. There are no gates or fences on the boundary of the site, and the color of the exterior matches that of the campus, in consideration of the surrounding urban development.
