This is a narrow house with a site area of 37.17m2, a building area of 11.25m2, and a total floor area of 33.75m2. In addition to the legal restrictions, the foundation had to be set higher than usual to prepare for the rising water of the river in front. The ceiling and walls have almost no bosom, so a lot of thought was put into the piping and wiring.
