Koyo Nanzan Residence

Outline
On the site where there is a difference in elevation between the front road and the garden at the back of the property, a concrete frame with a U-shaped cross-section, which also serves as a retaining wall and the floor plate of the upper floor, is constructed, and a steel structure is placed on top of it. Horizontal openings are provided on the road side and in the garden, but the dining room, located almost in the center of the building, is lit by a skylight.
