Outline: A super-tall office building located along the Yodoyabashi intersection, where Midosuji and the Tosa-bori River meet. The exterior columns have a face width of 700 mm and a span of 3,200 mm, forming a frame around the entire perimeter. By incorporating various urban contribution elements across the low-, mid-, and high-rise sections, the floor area ratio was set between 1,000% and 1,600%, and the building was developed as a hub for urban regeneration accessible not only to office workers but also to the general public.
