Outline: A project to renovate and operate vacant houses in the Kita-Senju area as facilities housing multiple tenants, thereby expanding the network of locations. While performing seismic retrofitting and updating floor plans to suit their intended uses, the exterior spaces are being opened up as gathering areas (pocket parks). Construction of three locations (Sen-tsuku 1–3) will be completed by 2026. For Sensuku 2 and Sensuku 3, the designers themselves handled the project from the acquisition of the land and buildings through to implementation.
