Outline: This building, originally constructed as a private residence around the Taisho era and used in recent years as a clinic and residence, has been renovated into a coffee shop. Because it is located within a Traditional Buildings Preservation District, the exterior has been preserved, and a new guest room was built underground in the courtyard to connect the main house and the detached wing. The circular opening in the center of the water basin serves as a skylight for the underground guest room.
