Outline: This mixed-use complex consists of offices and retail spaces on the 1st through 4th floors and residential units on the 6th through 12th floors. A coworking space and a rooftop terrace, available to residents, were installed on the 5th floor. The facade of the low-rise section is composed of terraces formed by a combination of arcs with radii of 6 meters and 17 meters. TOASt has previously been involved in new construction projects with the same developer in the areas surrounding Noborito and Mukogaoka-Yuen Stations, and this new building marks the fifth such project.

Location
