Outline: A two-story wooden apartment complex designed for people who enjoy surfing and swimming in the ocean. To accommodate future demand, the site for each building was left as three separate lots that were sold individually. Each lot has a building coverage ratio of 50% and a floor area ratio of 100%, with the central area designated as a courtyard formed by combining the open spaces. The courtyard and the first-floor level were aligned so that each unit has direct access from the courtyard to the washroom.
