- A 12-unit cooperative housing complex built on a flagpole-shaped lot surrounded by residential homes. The main reinforced concrete volume is positioned at a distance from the lot boundary, and a steel-framed sub-volume—composed of columns and beams—is arranged to project outward from the walls and roof of the main volume. Openings have been created in the sub-volume according to the infill design and the distance from the surrounding structures.
